What we offer
Every project starts with a conversation. Before any work begins, we take the time to understand what you're looking to achieve, your budget and where you are in the process. Whether you're considering an idea, working through planning, have full architectural drawings or are ready for Building Regulations, we'll discuss the project with you and establish what is realistically achievable.
We specialise in bespoke one-off homes, substantial extensions and major renovations, taking a personal approach throughout the process. Our experience allows us to identify potential challenges early, provide realistic guidance on costs and scope, and help you make informed decisions before committing to the build.
Initial Consultation
We offer an initial 30 minute consultation at no cost, giving us an opportunity to discuss your project, your ambitions and where you are in the process. Whether you're at the very beginning of an idea or already have plans and specifications in place, this is an opportunity to talk through your requirements, budget and expectations and explore the best way forward.
For clients who are at an earlier stage, we can then provide a more detailed pre construction service, working through the proposed scope, likely costs and practical considerations before you commit to planning or construction.
